Don't expect sophistication or french cookery... this is pure Jamie Oliver. Pukka Tukka is a fairly simple disc, play it straight through, or access each of the 12 scenes directly, it gives no on screen ingredient lists or print facilities, however the recipes are simple enough to be followed after a few viewings... Recipe Notes... two chicken breasts to cut into strips, noodles, one heaped teaspoon cornflour to thicken, bok choy (Chinese white cabbage), shiitake mushrooms, tin of water chestnuts.

For the flavour... coriander, a couple of spring onions, chilli, garlic clove and ginger. One and a half tablespoons soy sauce for flavour and seasoning, half a lime for juicing, half for presentation.

Alternatives... white or savoy cabbage for the bok choy, button mushrooms for the shiitake mushrooms.
